Invitation
Come and join us for deep inquiry, timeless wisdom practice and safe, challenging conversation. The weekend is an invitation to slow down, share, and reflect in the company of men…in order to rest, renew and open to a deeper understanding and experience of who you really are, and how to more successfully and significantly bring that forward into the world.
The Bhagavad Gita, which is found in the Hindu epic the Mahabharata, is the most influential scripture to come down through the ages in India. The story tells of a “war” happening inside each of us—the ongoing struggle to choose love over fear in our lives. We take our name for the Arjuna weekend from the story’s central character, and enter into conversation with each other and the Self. There is nothing mystical or mysterious about our approach, it is very practical. All men are welcome, no meditation experience is required.
The weekend is ideal for men seeking increased self awareness and empathy, a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives, and a friendlier relationship with their own mind. More than anything we teach you how to become more honest, open and willing so that your relationships take on a new light and understanding. We employ timeless wisdom principles drawn from the Gita and Arjuna’s dynamic struggle to tame his mind. If you want to get a solid sense of what can happen for you at the weekend please read the “Men Sharing” page on our web site. We look forward to meeting you.
