Sean Casey LeClaire
Sean Casey Leclaire is a strategic business coach, speaker and author. Sean has personally coached over 150 CEOs and small cap business owners develop and refine their leadership competencies, and well as fully tap the potential of their organizations. He is a thought-leader who is changing how individuals and organizations engage timeless wisdom practice in order to enhance relationships, creativity and performance . For over 20 years, he has conducted workshops and seminars throughout North America and is a sought-after-speaker on the subjects of men’s issues, timeless wisdom at work, and the creation of “purposeful organizations.” Sean Casey Leclaire & Associates have worked with corporate clients including: Microsoft, Adidas, Cope Media, Block Engineering, Storee Construction, Barnett Southern Construction, Chet Holmes/Tony Robbins International, Germany-based Global Coaching Group (GCG), and numerous others. In 2007, Sean founded the international Arjuna Conference for men, where educators, coaches, consultants, scientists, artists, and business leaders gather annually for three days in upstate New York to engage timeless wisdom practice. He is the author of “Hug an Angry Man and You Will See He Is Crying” (Red Spiral Books, 2003) and has widely-published essays, articles and poems. Hug in its third printing, is used by hundreds of men’s groups throughout the world to catalyze sharing, genuine intimacy and emotional healing. Sean and his long-time companion have five children. They live in Massachusetts.

H. Patrick Thornton
Patrick Thornton is a Certified Enneagram Teacher in the Narrative Tradition and completed his training for addictions counseling certification in 1995. He founded WorkWright, an enterprise consulting firm, in 1993, and has been a mentor and coach to men and women in career transition for over fifteen years, helping his clients to find work that engages and supports their values and their vision – their “purposeful work.” Patrick’s lifelong interest in creative processes, from his early days as an industrial designer and developer of training and study curricula for engineers and designers, has developed and matured into a passionate and committed focus on timeless wisdom practices. Using the Enneagram, Patrick helps his clients to uncover their habits of mind and attention, and to discard old patterns that no longer express their values, freeing them to discover their true purpose, and to harness their life energies to achieve it. Patrick is a husband, father and grandfather. He lives in Hudson, Massachusetts.

Tony Pelusi, Jr.
Tony Pelusi, Jr. is a certified professional coach and trained systems worker. Drawing upon his years of experience as a trial lawyer and training as an Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) Tony is able to bring his clients to the first hand experience of weaving timeless wisdom into their lives and relationships. After successfully navigating the rough waters of a career change from lawyer to coach Tony knows first hand the challenges that individuals face when they set out to implement meaningful change in their lives. His passion is to help his clients to slow down and experience life in its totality. Tony works with lawyers and other professionals individually and with the teams that support them. Tony is a licensed facilitator of the Team Diagnostic Assessment, a unique tool designed to increase awareness among work teams. He trains teams to bring conscious choice into their work relationships and thereby increase positivity and productivity on the job. A family man, Tony lives in Reading, MA with his wife of 29 years, Kathy, and their two young adult children.
